How to Listen to Chilli FM on Your Alexa Smart Speaker

Listening to Chilli on your Alexa device is quick and easy. Whether you’re at home, in the kitchen or getting ready for the day, you can start the music with a single voice command.

The Quick Way (Recommended)

Just say:

“Alexa, open Chilli FM.”

That’s it. Chilli will start playing straight away. The first time you say it, Alexa will usually enable the Chilli FM skill for you automatically, so no setup is needed.

Why “open” and not “play”?

When you say “Alexa, play Chilli FM”, Alexa sometimes looks for the station in its own music and radio services instead of our official skill, so you may end up with the wrong station or nothing at all. Saying “open” always takes you directly to the official Chilli FM skill.

Prefer to Set It Up First?

Say “Alexa, enable Chilli FM”, or use the Alexa app:

1. Open the Alexa app on your phone or tablet
2. Go to More → Skills & Games
3. Search for Chilli FM
4. Tap Enable

After that, just say “Alexa, open Chilli FM” whenever you want to listen.

How to Control Playback

Once Chilli FM is playing, you can use simple voice commands:

• “Alexa, pause”
• “Alexa, resume”
• “Alexa, stop”

You can also use the play/pause buttons on your Echo device.

Not Working?

• Make sure you say “open”, not “play”
• Speak the name clearly: “Chilli F M”
• Check your Alexa device is connected to Wi-Fi
• If Alexa still doesn’t find us, try: “Alexa, play Chilli FM on myTuner Radio”
