In these terms, “Chilli”, “we” and “us” refer to Chilli FM. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including listening to our live stream. You must not misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or copying content for commercial use without our permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law. Please read it alongside these terms.

We only send newsletters or marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to [email protected].

When you send us a voice note, message, song request or other content (for example through the shoutout recorder or WhatsApp), you:

• grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to broadcast, edit, shorten and publish it on air, on our website, apps and social media channels;
• confirm that it is your own content and that anyone you mention or who can be heard is happy to be included;
• agree not to send anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We decide what is broadcast and cannot guarantee that every message will be played. How long we keep recordings is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The website, our name, logos, jingles, station imaging and all original content belong to Chilli or our licensors. You may not use them in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Music played on Chilli is broadcast under licence from the relevant rights holders.

Chilli carries paid advertising and sponsorship. Paid adverts and sponsorships broadcast on air are identified as such.

Chilli may also partner with third parties (media partners) to promote their products, services or events.

Chilli makes no representations or warranties, and gives no endorsement, regarding any advertiser, sponsor, media partner or other third party, their websites, products or services, or any promotional material that appears on this website or is broadcast on air. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of their adverts and for any claims they make.

Nothing on this website or broadcast on air constitutes professional, financial, legal, medical or other advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

We take reasonable care when accepting advertising and sponsorship. However, to the extent permitted by law, neither Chilli nor its officers, directors or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the content of any advertisement or sponsorship, on air or off air, or any dealings you have with advertisers, sponsors, media partners or other third parties.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

The website contains links to websites run by others, including advertisers and partners. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.

We aim to keep the website and live stream available at all times, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them without notice, for example for maintenance or technical reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website, from third-party websites, or from advertisers’ products and services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version published here applies from that date.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction.
