IV Media Marathon Estepona

The Estepona Half Marathon, organized by the Sports Department of the Estepona Town Hall, will take place on May 4, 2025.

This sporting event, now in its fourth edition, is expected to draw a large number of participants. The race route will follow the scenic coastal path as it winds through the municipality on the Costa del Sol. With the sea as a stunning backdrop, runners will cover the full half marathon distance of 21,097 meters, starting at Montemayor de Cancelada Street and finishing at the Estepona Athletics Stadium.

The circuit will be officially monitored by judges from the Andalusian Athletics Federation. Along the route, refreshment stations will be available at the 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, and 19 km marks, as well as at the finish line.

To ensure convenience for participants, the organizers will provide a shuttle bus service to transport athletes to the starting area and a cloakroom vehicle for personal belongings. The maximum time allowed to complete the race is 2 hours and 30 minutes, and participation is limited to 700 athletes.

Registration Details:
Registration will remain open until 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025, and can be completed through the official website: https://faalive.com/calendarbd/current. The registration fees are as follows:

• €18 for the first 200 registrants,
• €22 for registrations up to April 13, 2025,
• €27 from April 14 to April 30, 2025, until the participant quota is filled.

Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in both the men’s and women’s categories. Each participant will receive a traditional runner’s bag when collecting their bib, which includes a technical T-shirt and various gifts from the event’s sponsors. Additionally, all finishers will be awarded a commemorative medal upon crossing the finish line.
